Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Synkronized collects through the synkronized.us website and through our SkdCut desktop application, and what we do with it. In short: very little — and we never sell personal data.

The synkronized.us website

Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. We use them only to read and reply to your inquiry.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical logs of visits — such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request — which are used to operate and secure the site.

No accounts, no tracking cookies. This site has no user accounts and no online store, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

No sale of data. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

SkdCut and YouTube API Services

SkdCut is a desktop application published by Synkronized and used by Synkronized's own team to prepare video clips and upload them to Synkronized's own YouTube channel. To do this, SkdCut uses YouTube API Services.

When the operator signs in with Google inside SkdCut, the application accesses YouTube API Services only to upload videos and their metadata (such as titles and descriptions) to Synkronized's channel, at the operator's direction. The OAuth tokens that make this possible are stored locally on the operator's own computer only. SkdCut does not transmit them to any Synkronized server, and Synkronized does not sell or share any data obtained through the YouTube API Services.

Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and information accessed through Google's APIs is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke SkdCut's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account security settings.
